Fire-Hardening
Information
Type: New Structures
Plan points: 50,000
Prerequisite: Lumber Mill

›  Fire-hardening in woods is a process of removing moisture from timber slowly charring it over fire. The result is then a wood piece with either a sharp point like a shape of a spear; or a cutting edge like a knife. This process also makes the wood more durable and dangerous. This study makes it possible to construct siege engines.
