- Achieve the No.1 ranking in the Village Rankings Hall, research the Prime Command Centre and crown yourself the Commander of your area.
- Put out taxes for the villages in your jurisdiction, inflate land prices for extra income, and build Outposts to protect all villages under your domain as a Commanding Village
